PROPERTY RIGHTS The
intellectual property rights corresponding to the database
belong to DISOP.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Licensed information, whatever its
support, will be supplied for the sole and exclusive
use of the CLIENT, who has the obligation to maintain
absolute confidentiality with respect to the date transmitted
to him and, under no circumstances, will be supply this
information or part of it to third parties without the
previous consent in writing of DISOP and will be responsible
in the case of any misuse or filtering that occurs between
his personnel or any third party who has been informed
of the data. The duty to confidentiality will last even
after his relationship with DISOP has come to an end.
CONDITIONS
DISOP reserves the right to rectify,
extend or cancel any information contained in the Database,
add new information and/or improve or modify the presentation
of the service at any time and also to introduce any
elements necessary for facilitating control of its use.
The maintenance or repair of computer and data transmission
equipment or other similar elements in the control of
DISOP may lead to the modification or temporary suspension
of the service, DISOP reserving the right to do so.
DATA PROTECTION
DISOP guarantees the legitimacy
of the sources used for the development of its products
and also the procedures and actions intended for use
in their creation and the legality of data transfer
of a personal nature, in accordance with Organic Law
15/1999, of 13th December, on Data Protection.
DATA PROTECTION OF A PERSONAL
NATURE
Data provided by THE CLIENT
for the execution of this contract will be included
in the DISOP files for analysis and control of the operation
subscribed to.
THE CLIENT authorises DISOP to process
the data provided and that derived from the contractual
relationship with the purpose of analysing the risk
of future operations that could be requested and for
sending its own advertising and commercial tenders or
those of third parties that adapt to its profile, by
any means (correspondence, telephone, fax, mailing or
any other means of electronic data transmission).
